RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful applicant will pass our background check and have the following:
2 consecutive years of verifiable income history; can be different employers.
2 consecutive years of verifiable rental history from unbiased sources; can be different locations.
REQUIREMENTS:
All occupants age 18 and older must submit a separate application.
Our leases are 12 months long.
Self-employed applicants may be requested to submit their tax return from the previous year.
Bank statements are not accepted as income verification.
Social Security award letters to be submitted with the application must be dated within the last 120 days.
Applications and app fees can be submitted online via our website.
Providing false information will result in application denial.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Cumberland Rentals reserves the right to screen a number of applicants for the same property.
Approved applications are valid for 30 days from date of approval and are valid for any available properties.
Application fees are non-refundable once processed. Application fees are not collected until we begin processing your application.

Any and all information provided to Cumberland Rentals (and its employees) will be kept confidential except in the event of lease default, whereby all information provided will be submitted to our legal representation.
Submission of an application does not constitute any oral or written agreements on the part of Cumberland Rentals (or its employees.)
Disclosing a pet on the application is not guarantee of its approval or addition to the lease.
