How do I apply for a property?

What is Your Pet Policy? The pet policy for each of property may vary based on the individual owner’s preference. Applicant is responsible for verifying pet approval prior to submitting an application. Typically, there is a non-refundable Pet Fee $300.00 per pet. For pet friendly properties, no more than 2 animals are allowed. Acceptable pets include: dogs, cats, small caged animals, caged birds, and fish. Service dogs are allowed and are exempt from any pet fee. Livestock animals, poisonous, dangerous, or exotic animals, and dogs that are considered "aggressive breeds" are prohibited. Aggressive dogs may include but are not limited to: Pit Bulls, American Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, or Miniature Bull Terriers, Rottweilers , Akita, Perro de Presa Canario, Bernese Mountain Dog, Berner Sennenhund, Bernese Cattle Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, American Bulldog, Husky - Including American, Eskimo and Greenland (Siberian is Okay), Karelian Bear Dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Russo-European Laika, Karelian Bear Laika, Wolf Hybrids, or any breed of guard dog trained to attack. The foregoing applies to both purebred and any mix containing one of these breeds.
How/where do I pay rent?
You can pay your rent online, via your tenant portal, or rent can be mailed to our office, but there is an additional charge of $10 per check.
What is a move in inspection?
Your move in inspection date will be when your lease will start and you will take possession of the home. You will meet a field service representative at the property at a specified time that will be confirmed for you at the end of the business day prior to your move in inspection. It will take about an hour.
Can someone other than me perform my move in inspection if I am unavailable?
No. Only individuals on the lease will be able to perform your move in inspection as you will be signing to take possession of the home at this time.
When I move out, what do I need to do to receive my full security deposit back?
The details of this can be found in your lease, but all items must be out of the house, the house must be in clean rentable condition, the utilities must be on, the yard should be free of leaves and debris, the grass and hedges need to be trimmed to a reasonable height and all planting beds should be free of weeds.
When is my rent due?
Rent is typically due on the first of each month. Details of your rent due date can be found within your lease.
When should I have my utilities turned on?
On or before your lease start date.
